NC-54 Corridor Masterplan
The Triangle West Transportation Planning Organization (Triangle West TPO) seeks a consultant team to develop a long-range, multi-modal corridor plan for the NC-54 Corridor through Research Triangle Park (RTP). The NC-54 Corridor is a critical transportation facility for North Carolina’s Research Triangle region. Triangle West TPO, the Research Triangle Foundation and NCDOT Division 5 will develop a vision and mission statement as well as goals to guide the development of NC-54 Corridor Masterplan. The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive, multi-modal vision for this important regional corridor, which is planned to include the Triangle Mobility Hub, a passenger rail station, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), and a portion of the Triangle Bikeway.

RTP Future Development Scenarios & Infrastructure Capacity Study
Research Triangle Foundation seeks firms, or teams of firms, to complete two key tasks:
- Develop three future development scenarios that could occur in Research Triangle Park (RTP) over the next 50 years
- Utilize these development scenarios to identify infrastructure capacity needs to support build-out of each development scenario
