Research Triangle High School

Research Triangle High School is a public charter high school offering an innovative curriculum which blends hands-on experiences with digital materials. Our mission is to increase access to globally competitive STEM education for a broad spectrum of students across NC. Opened in August 2012, RTHS now enrolls over 500 students. All students are on a college-preparatory track, and all are supported and fostered to develop the skills needed to succeed in college and in RTP-like careers. Students join RTHS from over sixty middle schools across eleven counties, creating a truly diverse and committed community.
