Convene at the nation’s largest research park and join women in leadership and entrepreneurs in RTP for a special morning thoughtfully designed to bring our community together and help you chart your course for a fulfilling and highly energized year.
Jes Averhart, master certified life coach and creator of Reinvention Road Trip will lead us through six delightful stops on the Reinvention Roadmap®. Together, we’ll stop at the ‘well spring of gratitude’, get grounded in our 2023 personal and professional goals and do a little ‘star gazing’ along the way.
Jes will be joined by Lauren McLaughlin, NCPT – master pilates instructor and co-founder of Conscious7. Lauren will walk us through guided techniques to interrupt the ‘stress cycle’ and improve our overall mental and physical well-being.
Every participant will leave with a copy of Jes Averhart’s “Reinvention Roadmap” and access to a free video series to help you think through your 90-day plan.
In celebration of International Women’s Day, our distinguished panel will exchange personal experiences, unique perspectives on what it means to work in the Triangle Region and how to embrace equity in the workplace.
