Blake Kane joined RTF in November 2024 as an Engagement Coordinator. In this role, Blake handles all administrative coordination and event planning required to support the RTP Owners & Tenants Association, its committees, and related activities.

Before joining RTF, Blake worked with Special Olympics North Carolina, where she played a role in fostering community engagement and support for athletes with intellectual disabilities. In her previous roles, Blake demonstrated her leadership and organizational skills by helping to lead the New York City Summer Youth Employment Program for Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, providing employment opportunities for 400 youth in NYCHA areas. She also collaborated with the Program and Operations team at Urban Resource Institute on special projects supporting homeless and domestic violence shelters across New York City.

Blake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Queens College (CUNY). Originally from Gibsonville, NC, she enjoys a variety of crafting activities and spending time with her daughter and husband in her free time. Following her study abroad in Cyprus Blake has enjoyed learning about Turkish language and culture and currently speaks at an A2 level, with aspirations to become fluent.
