
Scott Levitan, president and CEO of Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina, has been named to the 2026 Business North Carolina Power List, which recognizes influential private-sector leaders shaping North Carolina’s business climate and economic growth.
The honor highlights his leadership in RTP 3.0, a 50-year strategic vision guiding the park’s next half-century of growth, as well as the development of Hub RTP, a $100M+ mixed-use investment that has given the Park’s 385+ companies and their more than 55,000 employees a place to gather and a glimpse of what’s ahead.
He is in good company alongside fellow Research Triangle Foundation board members also recognized on the list: Sift Media CEO Jud Bowman, UNC Chapel Hill School of Government Distinguished Professor Anita Brown-Graham, Biltmore Farms CEO Jack Cecil, UNC System President Peter Hans, N.C. State Chancellor Kevin Howell, Martin Marietta CEO Ward Nye, Duke University President Vincent Price and UNC Chapel Hill Chancellor Lee H. Roberts.
