Earlier this year more buses got rolling as part of the voter-approved Wake Transit Plan. That was just the beginning of changes that residents will begin to see as part of new options for local transportation. As part of the next phase, Go Triangle in conjunction with area partners like RTP, will be conducting public outreach meetings in order to better understand what transportation needs the public has.

During the course of the next few weeks, a series of public meetings are being held in order to gauge the public’s opinion on project prioritization for the Wake Transit Implementation Plan.  The meetings are taking place throughout Wake County.  And, luckily for you, the same information will be provided at all meetings so you only need to attend one in order to make your voice heard. See below for a list of upcoming events, or visit the Wake Transit website.

If you have a busy couple of weeks and can’t make the public meetings, the team still wants your input! They have devised a survey that you can take any time, anywhere. This is a great option for people that are constantly on the go, but care about increased transit options.
