The American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC) is the world’s largest technical and scientific society devoted to the advancement of textile chemistry, design, and materials. AATCC has 2,400-plus individual members and more than 230 corporate members in over 50 countries. AATCC is best known for its test methods, used globally, to assess textile materials and apparel. AATCC also conducts training and educational programs, publishes a research journal, magazine, and newsletter, and has established the separate public charitable AATCC Foundation, Inc. providing scholarships and research grants to students.
