Tristan Skerritt joined the Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina in August of 2025 as Tenant Relations Coordinator. In this role, Tristan is responsible for maintaining relationships with the many tenants of Frontier RTP. He also oversees the coworking space that provides members with connection and support.
Before joining the Foundation, Tristan worked at Kane Public Safety, where he established and oversaw the security team that maintained safety and security throughout RTP.
During this time, he rose quickly through the ranks to become this site’s lead supervisor, as well as leading teams in a number of sites throughout North Hills and downtown Raleigh.
Tristan is a combat veteran of the Iraq war, where he was an anti-tank missileman and an LAV scout team leader where he learned professionalism and stability. He then managed a bar in Florida for a decade where he honed his customer relation skills. He also has experience with installing residential solar systems with Tesla.
Tristan holds an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from St. Petersburg College. He currently lives in Raleigh with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Roxy.
