Greg is the Senior Manager of Workplace Resources and Operations for NetApp’s RTP campus. He serves as president of the Owners & Tenants association.

Gregory Luberecki is currently the Director of Workplace Experience Americas Operations – East at NetApp, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all Workplace Experience Operations for the Americas East Region, managing a budget of over $37 million. He leads a team of 32 employees and 20+ onsite vendors and handles real estate responsibilities such as lease negotiations and portfolio review. Prior to this, from May 2014 to January 2021, Luberecki served as the Sr Manager and RTP Site Leader for Workplace Resources at NetApp’s Research Triangle Park (RTP) campus. He managed the operations of the 800,000 sqft campus, including facility operations, business services, and space planning, with a budget of over $23 million.

Before joining NetApp, Luberecki worked at Corporate Facility Services, Inc. as a Customer Account Manager from October 2002 to September 2006. In this role, he managed client relationships, work orders, and provided move management services. He also assisted in project management for client construction and fit-up.

Luberecki holds a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Education from Bucknell University. He is a Certified Facility Manager by the International Facility Management Association. He has demonstrated leadership throughout his career, serving on various teams and acting as a project manager for workplace resources initiatives at both the global and local level. Additionally, Luberecki served as the President of the Capital Area Soccer League and Triangle Adult Soccer League from 1998 to 2008.
