Have you ever wondered what goes on at one of North Carolina’s largest independent biotechnology companies? This event will get students excited about science through their participation in hands-on experiments and a tour of the facility, all led by female biotech professionals. The work done at Biogen will come to life as students experience the tools and techniques used to discover, develop, manufacture, and commercialize innovative therapies for people living with serious neurological, autoimmune, and rare diseases. The event ends with a pizza party where the students and Biogen professionals can chat in an informal setting. This event is open to girls in 6th and 7th grades.
This event is free to attend but advanced registration is required!
