June 20-26 is National Pollinator Week, and Triangle Land Conservancy is celebrating by bringing together beekeepers, ecologists, policy makers, activists, and you to talk about the birds and the bees! Join us at the Frontier at RTP on June 22nd from 5:30-8:00 PM for fast-paced presentations from pollinator experts and enthusiasts, an expo of pollinator friendly organizations and groups, and free food, beer, and mead. Gizmo BrewWorks will be providing pints of their Beekeeper Honey Wheat made with wildflower honey and their Palisade Wasp IPA, and HoneyGirl Meadery will be there with delicious seasonal honey-based meads!
Triangle Land Conservancy’s Wild Ideas series provides a dynamic, interactive venue for experts and community members to educate the public and share innovative ideas for addressing TLC’s four public benefits of conservation: connecting people with nature, safeguarding clean water, protecting natural habitats, and supporting local farms and food.
