Install tracking tags;
Understand your account reports;
Use the data table;
Utilize segmentation for deeper analysis;
View shared content and referrals with special reports;
Track engagement with behavior reports;
Use site content reports;
Review your site speed; and
Add custom campaign tracking.

Several social media sites now offer free analytic tools for business pages to help you understand follower and potential follower/customer activity, engagement and demographics. The more you understand this information, the better you can plan your social media posts to help you meet your social media goals - sales, community building, customer retention, etc. Kim will teach you how to:
Log-in to analytic pagesfor Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn;
Understand analytics reports; and
Analyze information to find leads and create better posts.
