Dr. Rosina Pavia
Dr. Rosina Maar Pavia is an entrepreneurial executive with proven strategic, corporate development and operating experience within the venture capital, biopharmaceutical, and consulting industries. Accomplishments include formation or funding of 19 start-up companies; international drug development of more than 350 products leading to 100+ product approvals ; active or past board member or board observer of 15 life sciences companies; setting strategy, oversight of M&A, integration, client development, and leading clinical operations at Quintiles (now IQVIA); and setting strategy and in-licensing multiple products for biopharmaceutical and specialty pharmaceutical companies.
Her education includes a B.S. from Health Systems Industrial Engineering from Ga Tech; M.D. and Internal Medicine residency from Morehouse School of Medicine and Emory University; and executive global M.B.A. from Kenan-Flagler, UNC-CH.
Rosina is currently the CEO of StratWorks, coaching CEOs and other C-level executives. She is starting up two new companies, both focused on wellness. She also serves on the boards of several private companies.
Jyoti Patel is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 25 years of success in the consumer products, healthcare, and chemical industries. Leveraging extensive experience with outsourcing, scaling, and growth, Jyoti is a valuable asset for companies seeking guidance on process improvement, team building, operations management, and change management. Her broad areas of expertise include consumer sales, product management, manufacturing, product sourcing, strategic planning, business development, analysis, and organization.
Throughout her executive career, Jyoti has held leadership positions with Anuva Resource Solutions; McNeil Consumer Healthcare; Johnson & Johnson Sales & Logistics Co.; International Business Machine (IBM); Novo Nordisk, and Data General. In her current role as Founder & CEO of Anuva Resource Solutions, she started the company in 2012 and relaunched it in 2015.
Jyoti took nine months to create an offshore team in India, which now has a team of 25; now has a sales team in the United States, and revenue has grown 190% year over year. Previously, she held roles of progressive seniority, culminating in the position of Procurement Project Manager at McNeil. Jyoti led the project team meetings with functional business partners, as well as global partners; provided swift and timely follow-ups on deliverables; initiated, coordinated, and executed various internal change controls with internal/external business partners due to supplier material and/or packaging changes; utilized an EDM (Enterprise Document Management) system to manage all change control projects, and aligned deliverables with the current supplier base.
During her prior tenure in Consumer Sales at J&J, Jyoti had direct selling responsibility for the $20 Million J&J Oral Care business to the Ahold, Giant and Stop and Shop accounts; influenced base distribution, promotion & forecasting decisions, and closed the gap to meet the forecast by 10% since July—from 80.8% to 90%.

Anjali Kataria is a serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in governance, innovation, product strategy, software design, development and implementation of emerging technologies in both the public and private sectors. In her current role as a co-founder and CEO of Mytonomy she leads one of the fastest growing vertical cloud business software companies for hospitals and providers. She closed $2M in sales in the first 10months of the company entering Mytonomy. Mytonomy enables hospitals to increase revenue, reduce costs, save time and shift risk to patients while delivering a 5-star patient experience.
She has a unique perspective on innovation and entrepreneurship, as she was also the first woman EIR and part of the first EIR team brought into the Obama Administration and placed at the FDA to drive massive change. The team created a new innovation pathway for fast review of highly innovative devices at CDRH. Her 6-month appointment turned into a 2.5 year stint as EIR and Sr. Advisor at CDRH, FDA and at the Executive Office of the President (EOP). At the EOP, she founded and led a CIO interagency working group on CRM which focused on software as a service, and privacy issues. She also helped oversee and successfully delivered the President’s Correspondence System which is built on an industry standard customer relationship management system and had over 350 Million users. She supported Whitehouse.gov, innovation across EOP, and other innovative areas relating to technology and IT Procurement.
As EIR at the US Food and Drug Administration, (FDA), in the Office of the Center Director for Devices and Radiological Health, she helped identify a number of new technologies which could catalyze multiple business transformation initiatives across the center. She established a new approach to rapidly test and enhance new technologies through a virtual Innovation IT Lab, which led to several award-winning solutions and new breakthroughs while lowering the cost model.
Prior to government service, she started two venture backed enterprise software companies (RIVA and Conformia), secured over $25Million in venture financing. Her 2nd company, Conformia Software, the market leader in product lifecycle management for Big Pharma was acquired by Oracle in 2009.
At Conformia she held multiple roles including Founder, Board Member CMO and Head of Business Development where she led product launch, customer acquisition and pre/post sales. Under her leadership Conformia developed reseller, technology integration and joint go to market partnerships with SAP, IBM, Bearing Point and other key strategic partners.
At Oracle, Anjali served as VP of Product Strategy for Product Lifecycle Management and was responsible for product strategy, launch and industry rollout of the integrated PLM Product line for Pharma in the Supply Chain Group, in Oracle Product Development.
She was recently named top 8 influential women in Health IT by Fierce in 2016. She’s an advisor and investor in a number of startup companies; has been awarded multiple patents and a CRADA with FDA in 2007-2009 with CDER.
Anjali received her Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard and her A.B. from Duke University.
