What do employers need in order to hire candidates of diverse backgrounds? What are their barriers for finding or hiring those candidates?
How can universities support students of diverse backgrounds for career success? What are career services doing (or not) to facilitate the trajectory of diverse students in their career aspirations?
Doors open at 5:30pm for networking. Panel discussion and Q&A from 6:00-7:15pm.
