WEEKLY RTPFIT CLASSES
You asked for it, we're making it happen! All RTPfit classes are hosted at The Frontier and are absolutely free for everyone. This session of classes will run from August to November and will feature Cardio & Yoga. Bring a friend and enjoy staying active and well.
RTPCardio is a high-energy class that features interval training and athletic-style drills. There are similarities to a boot camp, however the exercises have modifications for different levels of intensity. Each class wraps up with some core work and stretching.WEDNESDAY
RTPfit Yoga *Bring Your Own Mat*11:30am-12:30pm
RTPYoga is a basic-to-intermediate level class, linking breath and movement, flowing through the various poses. A basic understanding of sun salutations and standing poses are recommended.
