It's a new year with an exciting round of new RTPfit classes. We are hosted at The Frontier and are absolutely free for everyone. This round of classes will run from January to June and will feature a few new classes in addition to your favorites, cardio and yoga. Bring a friend and enjoy staying active and well.
Monday – Cardio | 4:45-5:30
Athletic drills and interval training
Tuesday – Core Challenge | 11:30-12:30
A mix of core strength, stretching and balance that incorporates elements of Yoga, Pilates, barre, and mat work
Wednesday – Yoga | 11:30-12:30
A basic-to-intermediate level class, linking breath and movement, flowing through the various poses
Thursday – Muscle Madness | 11:30-12:30
Body sculpting and toning through a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls and body weight exercises
