Fitness Classes – Winter 2017
Monday 11:30 AM -12:30 PM – Yoga Flow - This 60-minute upbeat creative flow (Vinyasa) yoga class with Shauna will let you get energized while helping you build strength and flexibility. Practice linking breath and movement to keep you present as you learn to move gracefully in and out of poses. Utilizing sun salutations, strength building, connected movements, dynamic stretches while offering modifications throughout and giving time to quiet the mind and breath so the body can find its calm. All levels welcome.
Monday 4:45-5:30 PM – Cardio Mix - 45 minute class that involves a series of low to high intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest relief periods, incorporating strength and core exercises as well as showing modifications. It’s an excellent way to burn more calories, build endurance quickly and make workouts more interesting. All levels.
Tuesday 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Core & More - Exercises primarily for the abdominals plus additional work for muscle groups connected to these areas. All levels.
Wednesday 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Yoga - Offering basics of yoga, this class will help you develop better posture, strength and flexibility. Reduce stress and create inner peace with a stimulating workout that is great for all levels.
Thursday 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Muscle Mix - Focuses primarily on strength training with small bursts of cardio. All levels.
All Fitness Classes take place at The Frontier in the Fitness Room on the first floor.
