Level Up Your Energy for Higher Performance

THE FRONTIER | 800 PARK OFFICES DRIVE, RTP Mar 14 12:00 pm - Mar 14 1:00 pm
WHO HAS THE ENERGY TO TRY AND GET AHEAD WHEN IT'S HARD ENOUGH JUST GETTING BY?

Have you ever felt like you can’t get ahead, no matter how hard you try? Like the world keeps pounding on you, and you just don’t feel like you’ve got the stamina to keep up?

You want to set ambitious goals for yourself, and you know that doing so will make you happier, but it’s hard to focus on the future when you feel like you’re just barely getting by as it is.

There are some serious demands placed on you. The kids need you, the spouse needs you, the boss needs you, the community needs you, the church needs you, and on, and on, and on - it keeps going.

Well, the truth is, these demands aren’t going away anytime soon. And if they do, they’ll just be replaced with other demands.

SO, WHAT CAN YOU DO?

You need to learn to THRIVE despite the chaos. Because “just getting by” isn’t going to cut it anymore. You need to learn strategies and acquire new habits that will lead to a more vibrant, energetic, and fulfilling life.

Because doesn’t your family/work/community/church, etc… deserve more from you? And most importantly, don’t YOU deserve more from yourself? It’s time to step it up, and live the life of THRIVE once and for all! It's time to manage your Energy.

What strategies will you learn at the Best Life Movement March Workshop?

You will leave the workshop with strategies for managing your Energy. That's "Energy" with a capital "E," encompassing three aspects:

1. Mental Energy

2. Emotional Energy

3. Physical Energy

You'll receive actionable items you can implement immediately. These will lead to higher levels of positive energy throughout your day!

WHO IS FACILITATING THE WORKSHOP THIS MONTH?

The Best Life Movement is pleased to welcome speaker, blogger, and high-performance trainer, Steve Arnold.

Steve used to be a software engineer until he realized that his career wasn't in alignment with who he truly wanted to be. So, he left his corporate programming job and started his entrepreneurial journey. After some additional soul searching, he realized that his overcommitment to his professional life and lack of awareness in the present moment was robbing him of so much potential joy. After that, he committed himself to balance and living into the person he truly wanted to be, a "world-class" father, a "world-class" husband, and a "world-class" community leader. To stay true to his desire to be a "world-class" community leader, Steve has recently begun his journey into high-performance training. Now, he is committed to helping others feel the joy he's so grateful to experience each and every day.
