Join us for our first of 3 Boxed Lunch Classes at The Frontier! The class will take place in The Atrium, Building 800’s first floor lobby area.
What is Boxed Lunch?
- 45 min workout run by a group of trainers! 10 minute cardio-based warm up to start. Then 6 stations that are 3 mins apiece, and finishing with 10 minutes of core work!
- TITLE Boxing provides an authentic full-body boxing workout that challenges your body, clears your mind and completely engages your spirit. Our signature Power Hour utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer's workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence.
