Meg’s Smile is a local charitable organization that provides gifts and experiences to children affected by serious illnesses. The mission of the organization is to bring smiles to the faces of children and their families while they are going through what can be a very long and emotional journey. Since its inception in 2011, Meg’s Smile has granted over 175 “smiles” to North Carolina children.
