This Conscious Strong™ pilates class will teach you how to access your body in a way that will help you build a foundation of breath and movement that will flow through all aspects of living. It is a practice that you need before any other movement. Lauren will have you walk from the class feeling the internal work that will have you back at your desk working the external aspects of living with more productivity and vigor. This is an all level mat class that will challenge you. Bring your mat, your mind, your body, a bottle of water and a towel if you have the tendency to sweat. We will be taking it deep into your core.
