As Team Coordinator, Spencer has a diverse and dynamic role within RTF. Most of her time is spent engaging with stakeholders, facilitating RTP’s committees and boards, and helping her coworkers in any needed administrative capacity. Her passion for social advocacy drove her to the Foundation, where she’s been able to connect with many community leaders and help lead the RTP DEI Collective.
A North Carolina native, Spencer loves everything the Triangle area has to offer, from easy access to the beach and mountains, to the amazing local universities and medical care. She attended NC State University, where she studied Clinical Microbiology—a testament to her acute attention to detail and passion for improving the lives of others. While at NCSU, she began dating her husband, Graham, and they are now thriving together in Cary. You can often find Spencer doting on their two pups, Daisy & Ollie, who are her whole world and often make an appearance at the RTF office!
