John Prihoda is the Research Triangle Foundation’s Chief Building Engineer.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, John was a Chief Building Engineer there for 12 years and operated a 17 story office tower in the heart of Downtown Cleveland. He worked in hospitals and pharmacueticals as well and has maintained his HVAC/R technician license for 24 years. He moved to the Triangle four years ago with his wife of 16 years.

When John isn’t working, he is likely outdoors–he enjoys hiking, biking, running, kayaking, camping, and riding his motor cycles. He also has been practicing martial arts for over seven years.
