This session will provide a detailed discussion of RTP 3.0’s new development opportunities now available, including enhanced Corporate Campus, Residential Neighborhood Development and Mixed-Use Node pathways.\nThis session will also guide attendees through RTP 3.0’s approval processes for these new types of development.\nAttendees will gain a clearer understanding of how RTP 3.0 creates new options for landowners, companies and developers, while advancing a more connected and vibrant innovation community.
