DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the conference\n2 DAYS      400+ ATTENDEES      30+ SPEAKERS       DEDICATED TIME TO COLLABORATE\nThe ERG Leadership Conference connects ERG (employee resource group) members and leaders, ERG advisors, executive sponsors, business leaders, human resources and DEI professionals, and ERG experts to share and learn from established ERG authorities and one another. Participants can attend in person or virtually.\nTrue to its name – ERG Leadership Conference – most sessions incorporate professional development tools and leadership competencies needed to lead ERGs. Key conference learnings equip leaders with skills to help them elevate their leadership abilities, better connect with one another, successfully implement programs and initiatives, and contribute to healthy environments within their organizations and communities.\nThis year’s theme is COLLABORATE! Throughout the day, participants will rotate tables/breakouts, attend breakout sessions, and will have the opportunity to engage with various participants and learn from others. At times, participants will be placed with individuals in their same or similar ERGs to engage in focused conversations and collaborate.\nDue to high demand, the conference will incorporate more time for conversations with one another to share ideas and create solutions. We encourage participants to connect with one another after the conference to continue conversations and build collaborations.\nSpeakers represent local, national and global organizations, and diverse populations and industries.
