Together, we’ll stop at the ‘well spring of gratitude’, get grounded in our 2023 personal and professional goals and do a little ‘star gazing’ along the way. \nJes will be joined by Lauren McLaughlin, NCPT – master pilates instructor and co-founder of Conscious7.
