DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Courageous Conversation on Bias in Artificial Intelligence\nWe are excited to offer another session of our Courageous Conversation series. In this seminar, you will learn about the challenges surrounding bias in our growing usage of artificial intelligence.\nHuman implicit bias is well documented. For decades, the business community has made it a priority to reduce the negative effects of bias. Artificial intelligence is not immune. In October 2019, the Harvard Business Review stated, “Over the past few years, our society has started to wrestle with just how much these human biases can make their way into artificial intelligence systems – with harmful results.”\nParticipants will learn how bias reveals itself in artificial intelligence and how it impacts our decision-making process.
