SUMMARY:Finding Solutions: Research Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:The Finding Solutions Through Science, Scholars, & Survivors Research Luncheon brings together a unique audience of researchers, scientific thinkers, corporate and private donors, breast cancer survivors, caregivers, and advocates from across the Triangle. The program will feature a keynote presentation from Dr. Ann Partridge, MD, Komen Scholar, Professor Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and Founder and Director of the Young Women with Breast Cancer Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Following the keynote presentation, Dr. Partridge will join a panel discussion with Triangle-based breast cancer researchers on the latest findings and methods of care.\nKomen NC Triangle to the Coast will also recognize survivors and thrivers, volunteers, and community partners who have made an impact with its 2019 Annual Spirit Awards. \n
