Description
IACUC 2012 is a two-day conference intended for both new IACUC members and seasoned members of animal care and use programs who are interpreting the 8th edition of the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and implementing the OLAW checklist.
Day 1 is a broadly based instructive and interactive program with particular focus on protocol review, including ongoing oversight and noncompliance issues in a case study format.
Day 2 involves in-depth discussions of the Guide and the 16-page checklist in a series of 25 breakout sessions.
