Owners & Tenants Association

The Research Triangle Park Owners & Tenants Association (O&T) meets quarterly to discuss issues that are of concern to the owners and tenants of the Park. O&T also serves as the consensus voice of the Park community and maintains Park amenities such as jogging trails, playing fields, and beautification efforts. The focus of the group for 2007 - 2009 will be to use O&T as a catalyst to build community and foster collaboration among Park companies. There are currently more than 75 corporate members of O&T, representing roughly 90 percent of Park company employees.
