The Research Triangle Park’s premier second-level incubator, Park Research Center, is a campus of 13 buildings offering approximately 75,000 square feet of both office and lab space for lease. The campus offers shared facilities and flexible lease terms and is designed to provide university spin-outs and smaller, start-up companies space options within RTP. Park Research Center is one of five incubators in the Park.

Start-up companies thrive in RTP:

  • 34% of current RTP companies are start-ups
  • 52% of RTP companies have fewer than 10 employees
  • 86% of RTP companies have fewer than 250 employees
  • More than 250 companies have formed in RTP since 1970
