Wake County Economic Development has identified Talent Attraction and Talent Retention as two major marketing initiatives as part of our strategic economic development plan.  Our ability to recruit and grow our talent base directly impacts our ability to recruit and grow our cluster industries. On March 29^th, we will host a panel featuring companies that have recently relocated or have announced expansions.  They will share the factors that impacted their decision, how their ability to recruit talent played a role in their decision, what programs and resources they are taking advantage of, what success and challenges have they seen and what can Wake County do to help them grow.
