Fitness Classes – Spring/Summer 2017
Tuesday 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Core & More - Exercises primarily for the abdominals plus additional work for muscle groups connected to these areas. All levels. Led by Cindy.
Wednesday 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Yoga - Offering basics of yoga, this class will help you develop better posture, strength and flexibility. Reduce stress and create inner peace with a stimulating workout that is great for all levels. Led by Shauna.
Thursday 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Muscle Mix - Focuses primarily on strength training with small bursts of cardio. All levels. Led by Cindy.
All Fitness Classes take place at The Frontier in the Fitness Room on the first floor.
